Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we are aware of the return, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

QR Code & Sizing
As it states in the product description: ”**please note that these are UNISEX sizes. If you prefer a tight and very form fitting tee, we recommend ordering a size down.**
**please note that QR codes can only be scanned and read by phones that are current with all of their updates and phones that have the scanning feature built in or innate to their software and camera system. See FAQ & Return Policy pages for more details.**”
The QR code on the apparel is not intended to work on all devices.Some devices are compatible, others are not. Its intention is as an added bonus to those who are capable of scanning the code and/or as a design feature. The QR code has been tested and is working properly. Considering the QR code is not intended for all devices and it is working properly, if you are unable to scan it, it does not constitute as a defective product and therefore, will not be qualified for returns or refunds. This is also reflected in our Terms & Conditions.
Endangered Earth Clothing tees are Unisex shirts, therefore, they may run larger than standard shirts. This is detailed in the product description to ensure our customers choose a size they feel is right for them. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for this reason. This is also detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via mail and or email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
